Our subscription process is straightforward:

• Each subscriber receives a curated selection of up to four (4) different coffees based on your subscriber profile.
• These will include selections of premium beans from Peru, the islands and from around the rest of the world.
• When you subscribe, we will ask you to provide us an idea of your preferences as well as have you tell us how you want to subscribe. 

Because some of our beans are extremely rare and in limited supply, our menu can change over time.

Subscribers always get priority access, and we’ll do our best to maintain a consistent stock of your favorites—though climate and farmland changes sometimes make this challenging.
